substance called falcarinol (contained in carrots), also can prevent
the formation of cancer cells. This experiment has been tested on mice
that were treated raw carrots, and compared its development by injecting
a substance in the body falcarinol other mice. And the results show
that both mice are equally free of cancer cells.
Unfortunately, these studies have not been able to demonstrate extent to which the quality of falcarinol in raw carrots and carrots are cooked. But clearly, a glass of fresh carrot juice extremely good for you.
