Dear All , I am right this time sharing stories about how to deal with Error Code : 0x80070017 , this error usually appears when we reinstall the Windows OS .

My experience at one time I was ever in order to re-install the OS a netbook , as we all know that the netbook does not have a CD / DVD media automatically we have to have a media CD / DVD external .

At the time of an error trying to Install always appear as shown below ,


 Initially I suspected that this might be corrupted from its OS Installer DVD , then I try to replace the DVD Installer others , the result remains the same .
The next experiment , I tried to install via USB media , where the Installer file in the copy of the OS Installer DVD through DVD Media External earlier , some of his results during the copy process via an external DVD sometimes faltered , although in the end successfully copied , I use win to flash for copy , at the time of the experiment fails, the error is exactly the same as above .

Then I try to replace it with the Internal DVD on PC then unplug and make an external DVD via IDE / SATA to USB Converter , my assumption , Internal PC DVD speed is better and stable with a separate power support .

I am trying to Re-Install Windows on a netbook with the above method , and the result , Success , There's no problem at all as Install OS on normally . So the bottom line installer Media Caused This Problem unfavorable . Problem errror Code : 0x80070017 Fix It
